I don't use pre-made sauces at all. To be honest, I don't see why you would. Soy sauce with honey is a great marinade. Or if you wanna be more fancy add garlic, fresh chilli, salt, pepper and lime juice together with tamari. Delicious!
If you read the labels of sauces there are some disturbing things in there!
I only use pre-made store bought sauces if I'm completely desperate. Nothing quite tastes as delicious (or is as healthy) than using fresh herbs and spices, with a little vinegar or soy and olive oil, or fresh lime or lemon juice. I often use Balsamic Vinegar and premium grade olive oil with a little lemongrass, chilli and basil as a base for my marinades or soy sauce, ginger, honey, lime and chilli. Miso paste is also to use.
